WEDDING DAY QUESTIONNAIRE

Your wedding day countdown has begun! How exciting! Please spend some time answering the following questions so that we can prepare for all the details of your wedding. This will ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. My suggestion is to grab a glass of wine and make this a fun little date night :-)

Any other family non-family groupings you would like us to make sure we get during either the family formal time or the reception? **Just to let you know, any groupings added to the family formal list will take about 5 minutes so try to keep this to no more than 3 additions during family formal time to make sure that we stay on schedule. We can take any other groupings you want at the reception.**
Where will your reception take place? Is there anything particular we should know about your reception venue or any specific photos you would like there?
We realize what a huge part of the wedding involves your parents. There are often questions from the parents after the wedding. Having their contact info on hand allows us to reach out to them after the wedding to make sure everything they need is taken care of.
It's always super helpful for me to have the phone numbers for those around you that will be helping coordinate the logistics, so you don't have to! Please give me the information for: Best Man Maid of Honor Personal Attendant (if applicable) or anyone else that I should be in contact with throughout the wedding week/day!
Having a timeline for the day is incredibly helpful for making sure everyone is at the right place at the right time, and helps relieve any stress about communication.
